F.A.Q.

  1. Do I have to live in Seattle? No! We offer this service anywhere in the US. We are still touring and would love to visit your town. Please send us a message if you’re interested in hosting!

  2. How much does it cost? We get inquiries for all types of occasions. For special private events (birthdays, anniversaries, grad parties, etc.) we charge a flat fee between $500-$1500 that we agree upon before booking. For neighborhood gatherings or block parties (aka moral building) we ask that each family donate $20+. For community/grant funded events, we charge our theater rate between $1500-$3000.

  3. How do we pay? We accept cash, checks, credit card, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay and PayPal. You can either leave physical monies in our tip jar or use one of the many hands-free online payment options listed below.

  4. What if it rains? We can easily reschedule your date if it’s torrential or potentially hazardous for us to play. For light “Seattle” rain we come equipped with a canopy for us and our equipment and encourage others to set up canopies or use umbrellas.

  5. Can I request any songs? Yes! You have unlimited requests from our Song List and if you’d like us to learn, arrange and prepare a song that is not on our list, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  6. I don’t think your RV will fit down my street…? That’s ok! We don’t actually bring the RV to every concert. In fact, we only bring it when it’s necessary and/or when we are traveling with it. We are fortunate that all our gear and sound equipment will fit easily in our car. All we need from you is safe access to power. We can also provide sound with battery operated equipment if there is no access to power.

  7. How do I get in touch with Sundae? Email Sundae here: booksundae@gmail.com Call or text Sundae here: 206-234-2690

  8. How do we stay safe at these concerts? Safety is our priority! We have done many outdoors concerts in the time of COVID and can work with you on structuring your event in a safe way with a few tips we’ve picked up along the way. Sundae + Mr. Goessl are completely self-contained and fully vaccinated. We will not need access to your home in any way. Our self-service merch table comes equipped with hand sanitizer and hands-free payment options. We wear masks when we are not performing. We ONLY perform outside (and supply our own sound system) so that there is air flow and lots of room to stay 6+ ft away from others. We want you to stay safe and stay healthy!
